Please Note:
Legal Restrictions - You do not need a license for any stun gun. However, some states do have restrictions on stun devices. For a list of restricted states, please click stun gun laws. You will have to check with your local police department for current restrictions. Stun Guns, Mace, and Pepper Sprays can NOT be shipped outside of the United States under any circumstance.

Shipping:

Item Availibility
The expected shipment time specifies when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, and not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. Items leave our warehouse within 48 hours of the order time. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your products tracking number. Delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during Checkout.

Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. Shipping costs vary per method and the total weight of the order. The total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

You will sometimes have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 2:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

RETURNS:

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30-days of delivery. Please provide us with the item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.

If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact us immediately. Please have your order information available when you call.

RETURNING AN ITEM

We replace any defective item. There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All items must be returned in good condition to insure exchange.

Please contact us for a RMA number which is necessary for ALL returns. RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE RMA #?S ON THE LABEL WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.

Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

Once a return is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process the request. Replacements for defective items will be shipped within 48 hours if the item is in stock. If product is NOT defective, you will receive an in house credit. We will email or call you once the return is received and processed.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD). It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

You can expect an exchange within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s). You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
